Within a month it started to break. Before the year was over it constantly slipped off the iphone due to tear and wear. It does protect the iphone from normal drops as high and your hip and torso.
Just like others have posted here, I've had two incase to ripp at the headphone jack. Then the case loses it's fit and function. Both cases ripped in the same location. I never took the cases off until they ripped.Looked great for a few weeks, don't waste your time or money.
I can already see where it is starting to strain at the headphone jack again on the replacement case which I just received. This is my second InCase Protective Cover and will probably be my last. As many other reviewers stated, this would be an excellent case if it were not for the fact that it ultimately tears at the headphone jack opening - my first one did in less than a month & I took excellent care of it. InCase really needs to address this issue as it seems to be a design issue (not sure if the case needs to be slightly taller or wider of both). Regardless, this is unacceptable for a product that costs roughly $30 from a supposedly reputable company.
Same as everybody else. this is an otherwise excellent case that has a fatal design flaw near the headphone jack. It breaks after about 6 months, and I've now had two do the very same thing.
My iPhone is ruined because of this case. The case traps dirt and grit between the case and the back of the iPhone. Even though I cleaned it regularly, slowly over time, chips developed and worsened so now the back of the phone is all chipped up. I take very good care of my tech gear but now the back of the phone looks like crap.
